In these cases contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will replace the files or refund the payment in full — your choice.
Backing tracks are digital goods: once correct, working files have been delivered, a refund is at the Author's discretion. Before buying, please listen to the free watermarked demos on every show page — they let you hear exactly what you are purchasing.
