These Terms govern all purchases made on niskatracks.shop (the “Site”). By completing a purchase you accept these Terms and our Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by the author of Niska Tracks (the “Author”). Contact: muzteatro@gmail.com. More about the Author: About page.

2. What you buy

The Site sells digital goods: instrumental backing tracks for musical theatre, delivered as audio files. Free demo versions carry an audible voice watermark; purchased files are clean, watermark-free studio tracks.

3. Ordering and payment

Payments are processed by independent payment providers (lava.top, hipolink, Gumroad). The price and currency are shown before payment. All listed providers deliver the same tracks — choose whichever works in your region.

4. Delivery

Download access is provided electronically immediately after payment (a download link on the provider's page and/or by email). If you have not received your files within 24 hours, contact muzteatro@gmail.com and we will send you a direct link.

5. License and permitted use

• Purchased tracks are licensed to you or your organisation for rehearsal and live performance use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload or sublicense the audio files themselves.
• The underlying musical works (the shows, their music and lyrics) belong to their respective rights holders. Obtaining performance rights for a production remains the responsibility of the producing person or organisation.

6. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. In short: technical problems are always fixed or refunded; after successful delivery of correct, working files, refunds on digital goods are at the Author's discretion.

7. Changes

The Author may update these Terms; the version published on the Site at the moment of purchase applies to that purchase.
